Yes, a company needs assets in order to grow. Unfortunately VNDB is at rock bottom and can no longer grow without sinking the price lower to allow for more dumping to bring in revenue. VNDB has no assets to fall back on so they have to create more shares and sell them through a R/S. A R/S at the expense of shareholders is necessary before anything can happen.
