The way I see it is the RSI is high but not overloaded ... The green candle is dead center on the upper BB .. (After a nice breather btw) And a ton of pumpers pushing good news through the penny stock blogs. Add to that .. Large investor interest .. Only time will tell but .. The cynical side of me says that some big money might be interested in swaying some congressmen our way, along with some grass root realization that our country needs FNMA and FMCC.
