You are correct, but Q1 of their fiscal will have been completed by the time the 10K for the year ending 7/31 is released, and I am betting that a sister PR is released at the same time announcing the resounding success of the roll out, and sell through in stores carrying the product. The 10K will probably not be very impressive, but the forward guidance, based on the just completed Q1 of the new fiscal will be strong, and that is what will get the market's attention. A statement announcing 250 stores opened in that quarter with x number of cases sold will be solid investment data going forward. Any number of other good news items can be announced along with that (major chain distribution, additional market roll outs, etc). I look for a bombshell reaction in the pps.
