The Registrant’s annual report on Form 10-K for the period ended July 31, 2013 will be filed on or before the fifteenth calendar day following the prescribed due date. The reason for the delay is that the Registrant is waiting for certain information from a third party

It would have been nice to have the file the K on time but I can see where the extra
time was needed. We will have eight weeks of sales on Nov. 12th.

I thinking that the Subsequent Events section of the K is going to have a pretty good description
of what has been transpiring with the store sales along with the online AMAZON orders.
