Where is WDAS/CellAd or the fake company that Vince made up for PRs and the promotions of them on that website?

Try to look up that "Florida company" that Vince lied about in PRs claiming it had something to do with the development of AdKash. Matter of fact look up Vincent Browne in Florida to find the many "companies" he has created there. Funny how Vince can't seem to remember his middle name as he has created "companies" using 3 different middle initials. Only a scam artist would do that.

Then go to the Nevada site to see all 3 public companies that Vince has "worked" or is still "working."

This is a great business model to generate revenues.

Vince likes the "business model" so much he has used it on 3 public companies in the last 5 years to milk millions of dollars out of investors.

His second public company diluted 1.1B shares in 9 months.

1)Create or have created a fake "cloud based company" like CellAd.(AdKash is real but has nothing to do with any of Vince's scam "companies")

2)Gain control(or have it passed)of a public company.

3)Approve an AS increase.

4)Hire consultants to get the word out.

5)Start releasing PRs about acquisitions of those fake companies.

6)Sit on the back deck of his wife's house in Florida sipping mixed drinks and laughing at posts while counting the money from dilution. Kind of smart, thinking that the house isn't in his name so when the SEC catches up with him it won't be taken and auctioned off. Kind of dumb, I don't think the SEC will fall for it.

BTW-The "huge acquisition" of CellAd happened 33 days after the outgoing CEO of WDAS(Andrew Austin) created it.
Is good ole' Andy still the IR contact, still have a convertible note and still sits on the BoD for his worthless creation?

Clearly Vince has paid for another promotion, all 3 of his public companies are on the pumpanddump wall of fame for multiple promotions at each public company he has ever "worked" for the last 5 years.
