yet

what also changed was a promising "to be colored" or whatever claim of inside trading by the hedge funds

so we were not empty handed equity when we took what was behind door A ---- we had the chance to win big with an insider trading argument that could have led to short sell suits - etc

and when we took door A we did releases

so while rational in general - in the context of the win on insider trading (a half win) - did they pick the right course by settling and releasing v battling on
