AMZG hasn't filed anything about a reverse split but it would make sense since they're planning to uplist.

I just left a message with Interwest, their transfer agent, inquiring on whether any split is pending. Will post if I hear back ....

KIK, AMZG - their transfer agent Interwest told me that the company has internally approved a reverse split but has not yet filed any paperwork with FINRA to start the process which typically takes about a month. So at this point in time no split is officially pending, but perhaps there soon will be.

AMZG +.14 to 2.39, acting very well ! Maybe an application for an uplisting is in the works ....
