I think you mean a connection between WDAS and the real company that developed the AdKash APP.

The connection between WDAS and CellAd is clear.
Andrew Austin, who resigned as the CEO of WDAS so that Vince and his crew could take over, created CellAd the day before he resigned.

What's not clear at this point is who owns CellAd.

According to a highly promoted PR back in March, WDAS "acquired" CellAd and in disclosures it states that shares of WDAS, a convertible note and a seat on the BoD was given to Andy for his 33 day old(at the time of the acquisition)"company." Although some disclosures say that Vince and Sean own CellAd, but the PR yesterday goes back to saying that CellAd is a wholly owned subsidiary of WDAS.

Vince must be as confused about who owns CellAd as he is about what his middle name is in the scam shells he has created in Florida.
