given the fact that the share registration is not effective with SEC and that amex most likely will not review our application until it is, and even then it may take six to 12 weeks for review, I say yeah, that is a distinct possibility. I am of the opinion that the "end of fiscal '06" goal is unlikely to be met for a major exchange listing. If there are some material events that occur in the next few months and the share price is north of $4 then it will be naz, imvho.
