This is the most negative post I have seen here in 5 years.

Just what is stopping WMIH from making M+A after next spring? And now you state that there may be another 3 years to our escrow wait. It actually sounds illegal to me that our escrow money could be delayed this long already. And I thought Walrath was off the case already. No, I'm not selling my shares.

All good points in your opinion many of which I share. I see WMIH moving forward in the near term however. I personally am only interested in the outcome for WMIH in which I have many tens of thousands of free shares bought at low prices post reorg. WMILT is a foregone conclusion imvho as you have elequently described heretofore, thank you very much. You can't fight city hall as the saying goes and you can't fight a corrupt BK court system as we all have seen in the last 5 years in the case of WAMU. Keep up the good fight .

LG, this is what everyone was thinking until we saw the 8 million fees that there being submitted for payment. Think about it, every fee that Rosen has submitted has been in the 10 million dollars range. The claims are what 50-100 million......do you think rosen will not have reached that mark and where do you think that money is coming from....the balance that would pay equity.....our pie is getting smaller and it is not because of the claims outstanding but the fees that are adding up from law firms for doing nothing........more delays yeah we can bill another quarter.......
