Why in the world would you have Transcelerate act as a moderator? What's to moderate?

All I'm stating is that PPHM should bargain from a position of strength. About a half-dozen or so of the BP's can use their wealth as a club only if they can do so.

There are many pharmas that might not be able to match the wealth of the rich ones, but many could come up with an initial partial payment that would see PPHM through the PIII tests.

Once approved, earnings would be there to satisfy whatever balance remains due.

Forget about Transcelerate. Its owned by the BPs and therefor controlled by them.

Except for HDG's remark that there isn't anything to moderate, you don't want an entity owned by BP's to be the moderator.

Furthermore they made a clear statement as to were they stand and what there mission is and moderating with non-member 3rd parties isn't one of them.
