there is no time factored into P&F..it's where the BP's are at during this time frame..they are under 50% and have a lot of room overhead to move a lot higher..hence the short pullback, and the the resumption of the rally..

i would suspect the short term indicators to reverse down..then we'll see...

i never wish hope or pray...just trade em' like i see them...
