The SEC for starters. That is why they suspended ALTO and are actively investigating Donaldson and McFarland.
The 7 BILLION shares were likely illegally issued, and they belonged to the Company. Newly printed and issued. A pump and dump. That is why the SEC suspended ALTO. And Donaldson, as a Director, and McFarland, as CEO, both had to be involved in the issuances. That is how corporations work.
There is no gold and silver here. The BLM, a team of independent experts, and a Federal Judge all determined there is no mineable gold or silver in the "mine". It is worthless.
