Not quite correct there. The majority owner is Larry Nusbaum(think RONCO and everyone should know about him). He acquired 65% ownership in Dec 2009. The company was owned by hedge funds. Laural is dissolving(or there already), Pequot(the largest hedge fund in the world at one time) is dissolved(famously I might add). L capital(funding arm of LVMH) sold it's share in 2009. TIIC wrote off it's preferred shares as well. The Trueyou.com web site(which Larry owns as well) is being temporarily parked at Midflorida Credit Union(ifcru.com).
