If I were you, which i'm not, however i have been in your position before, i would e-mail the company. They will respond to you very quickly. There are a lot of new developments happening (just read the news). You will also see that this is not just a P+D company, as they themselves will also tell you. It is proved by the Share structure and Zero dilution. We know because day to day the stock is brought up or down on very low volume.
