If there is no DLT between now and Cohort 9, then the minimum possible dose with no DLT would be 365 mg/m^2 which should be high in the range of efficacy. I would think in that case there will be a rush to approval for those solid tumors with the highest response to Kevetrin and possibly (probably?) even approval for use under Phase 4. Don't know if there is a precedent for this in cancer treatment, but also there is no precedent for a highly effective dose with no observed dose limiting toxicity AEs in Phase 1.

This would be Dr.Menon's wildest dream outcome for Phase 1.


what happens if there is no dlt as dr holden suggested might happen. dr menon suggested the top could be cohort 9.
