Than you need to learn how to count.Why don't you go on the BK Exit and see who ownes what qua shares and distribution?At least just to show you wrong I think you have to see the voting of the BOD this yer to have your conclusions with certain.Just a fact.The TPS was all Hedge Funds and so was the majority of the prefereds Holders.Only those two got more than 50% of the Future shares of the WMIH or did you had the change to buy any of the Trust Prefereds Shares lol
I have read all the posts lately and I could see that we need to raise up and start a Email Campaign for Sussy and Willy so they wake and fullfill their duties towards the LTI(they haven't been hired from LTI but the other firm is doing almoust nothing) and till now Sussman Have billed aforfe more than they actually returned.They have to use the Iron Mountain against the JPM and bring RICO Charges against them if necesary.We had enough of waiting and seing other geting paid while we are here arguing who hold what.
