How do you know it was insiders/dilution? Dilution or dumping brings the price down, yet the price went up on large volume. The price decline is just the natural side of the bell curve after a normal spike in interest on a sub-penny. And, TTDZ opened the week at .0002 and closed at .0003 (up 50% for the week). If this was really dilution, the starting point was .0002, and it would have ended at .0001.

Or, the company would have first done a reverse split, and then diluted from there, so that the stock price could go down on dilution (as it always does). Without a R/S, there was nowhere to go with dilution except .0001, or maybe no-bid.

This could have been a PnD, but not from the company as there have been no PRs, but rather, a few investors in collusion hoping to make a quick buck on a few up-ticks. All of a sudden, it seems, there was a lot of interest on Ihub. I don't think this would have been the first time Ihub was used to generate a PnD.
