It was never at the end of November. It was always at the start of November. Cc confirmed that both deals should be done by November - that is talking abut both deals being done not just the hpp deal - IH deal got pushed back and he was responding to questions about that.

That's why any day now or up to two weeks is what I am expecting. Early November is the outlook I have for the finalized deal- all DD can be confirmed and if anything changes then I will change my expectations.

The original closing on the HPP company was Nov 1st.
