Hynix is in protracted settlement talks with RMBS right now. Many of us believe the case could settle in the next few days, but we don't know at what price and whether the settlement would be disclosed. If the settlement calls for a 1% or greater royalty going forward, many see RMBS as being worth $35 or so, but with any royalty greater than 1%, it would be worth incrementally more.

Any thoughts, from the chart, as to how the stock might break on news?
