#17102 RE: hobogold #17100

CLNP and Tentatively Bio-swan. At least there was a release with regard to a LOI and/or Mutual agreement for the Bio-swan spin-off. There was a filing (which I don't have access to on Edgar paid) which (not sure of the ticker name) essentially Bio-swan has filed for a ticker CUSIP.

Of course both of these are development stage yet so no real income per se but no matter when they were created they would still be developmental stage and it would be a while for any of them to actually produce an income. I'm not saying that either company will do anything specifc as far as any income projections, etc. as I mentioned would take a while just like it did HEMP who just came out of development stage.

Some who post and are negative (not specifically mentioning anyone person)seem to think that things should happen immediately and the co. should be all of a sudden making drastic income would stop any company dilution but since revenue still isn't covering operating costs the $ have to come from somewhere. The fact that HEMP has had a pretty good % increase in revenue each Q should give confidence that things are headed in the right direction. Some naysayers even are trying to say that the income that HEMP posted this last Q and the projected increase in this next Q are from per se asset sales but that would be incorrect as to comply with SEC rule 104 this is not valid to be reported as income.

Hope you didn't buy real high pps as I know that many did and are holding but in time if things keep heading the direction that they are eventually even those holders will be able to liquidate. Of course this isn't even addressing an pop that could occur at any time which might allow them to get out if they so desire.

Sorry to not just answer your direct ? but also posting my input on what the future could bring. Some naysayers are trying to indicate that the price will fall substantially and if only looking at the TA side of the company it is overvalued. However at this time all in this sector are and will continue to be so as TA is not ruling this sector now but purely sentiment which will only build as things progress on the national scale.

Good luck!!
