JRT, I'm not sure on what u invested in but your excitement is fun.

I'm assuming its a typical direct participation program in which u place $ into an Llc as an LP or GP to obtain a WI (working interest). Question is: have you made these type of investments before (direct participation oil well or oil field programs)?
