Susie...With all due respect, almost every CS issue I have seen addressed on these board, mine included, have been rectified within 2 days. Did you submit your issue "correctly" would be my question. I have great disdain for the "knowledgebase" and email approach to CS, but after using it myself, it does seem to work. Susie..you have a problem, email GnF and wait months? Did you try emailing again? What is the email address you sent to? Do you use the same email address that you used for a return email so you can receive the response? Nobody waits months and leaves it at that then comes to a board and complains about it. You are sounding like that dude that lives in a mansion that has a bunch of vandals hanging around his beaten up mail box that has security cameras. What's his name? You know, the dude that takes his shoes in need of repair to the barber. What was that guys name? I forgot already.

Then I guess I'll agree with you that based on your experience alone I would definitely stay with your NFLX subscription and run as fast as your little legs can carry you from your GZFX investment. That sounds like a big red flag in your mind and thus you don't need confirmation from anonymous bulletin board posters. Listen to your "little voice" and get the heck out of the investment.
