I see the stab on Yahoo and don't know why. That's OK.
I personally believed, and still do, that what was done to WaMu was highly subject to RICO. It just became difficult for the participating parties at the time as they all had dirty hands. Since 2008, the politics of dirty hands and money has seen a quantum increase. I just don't see anything happening in our case. I'd like to, just don't see any chance.
There are very few who hold the disdain for JPM as I do in this matter. I'm not sure if SS holds the same. Regarding 'outside of C 11, who on Earth is going to take on this; they barely were able to get EC counsel in the BK holding a billing free ride? Yet, the results are what they are [subject to anything from GS, as per LG, if it is there on the table, it will wait for claims settlement].
