I do still hold some shares, half of what I had though. And yes, they do have a customer service department. But do you know how hard it is to find the phone number to talk to a real person at customer service?
It took hours to find the phone number, it is not on there website in any visible, noticeable or easy to find location. You have to e-mail them and badger them to give you the phone number.
