My husband is a DVD junkie and he would definitely be considered a high volume customer.

My son and I rarely get to see a movie because if we don't watch it immediately, he sends it back to get the next one.

We have never had an issue with Netflix's turnaround times but they also have a DC less than 20 miles from here.

Yes Suzie "throttling" is a Netflix term and is somewhat alien to GNF users. Most here don't understand what it means unless you've been a Netflix subscriber or reading recent Netflix LAWSUITS. Oh my!
