BTW the tax losses and tax credits should be worth several hundred million in addition to the sales, pipeline, cash etc; really need to try to vet that out from the 10k. I am involved in tax M&A and am always asked to provide cash value of the tax attributes as they are always signifcant and factored into the purchase price and negotiations. But I guess this is just discounted as being a "presumptious newbie's" point, (which ironically happens to be more fact based than a lot of other poster's ramblings). Cant' you see that we can offer some thought provoking ideas/questions instead of the same, same, same. Just because someone has posted here for years doesn't always mean that what they have to say is relevant, yet if its a new poster then it can't possibly be. OK, enough, good night.
