SKILLZ....Shhhhh!!... this stock is still quietly being accumulated on the Amex. The debt on the books isn't a bad thing in my opinion......especially if that debt is denominated in or having to be paid back in US$$ dollars. US dollars have a good chance at being "depreciated" quite significantly, making the debt easier to pay off and in the process building shareholder equity.
I haven't really looked into the financials much more than a cursery glance.....but if that debt is denominated in US$ dollars I'd consider that a positive.
