Going dark does not mean bankrupt. It means they are leaving the Nasdaq to avoid the $2M in yearly listing fees. I would guess they will still report to shareholders thru their website with an outside firm verifying financial results. Google "going dark" and get educated prior to making your decision on whether to sell or not. Just my suggestion. Definitely don't go by what people on this message advise u to do.....including me.
