Donaldson was a director of ALTO, a business partner of the CEO, and a major shareholder.

EXLA is not having and problems, I've never seen any SEC issue concerning EXLA

On the contrary, the SEC filings say otherwise. Already amended the 14C twice in response to SEC comment letters, and nothing filed in about a month. BIG PROBLEMS!
