Not sure what the sec 10 vio would be, but...with the govt back to work, despite your beliefs about the conversion season about to begin, the introduction of *d y n o m i t e* to the current situation could be just the catalyst that blows pps up here as productive mining begins. ( ie, the current low pps may end up being the lowest pps you could see here). Just my speculation....
