That is one of the things I have been preaching here for a little while, unfortunately, I think the chart you show is the one going into the June /August 2000 double top (around 4300 or so?) on the Naz, but a similar picture is in place today as well as the May August 2001 period, and April last year as well.

Interesting chart, but what's with the dates? Appears to be 3 years old.
