There is no SEC investigation as far as Dr. Donaldson goes. The ALT? suspension has very little, if any-thing at all, to do with Dr. Donaldson. That is simply a false statement, (a Dr. Donaldson SEC investigation does not exist). Donaldson was merely a board member for ALT?, probably a non-voting member.
Before posting false statements, you should supply a link proving Donaldson and a SEC investigation. But there is no link.
Donaldson is now CEO of EXLA. I will call EXLA once again today, try and speak with Donaldson.
