Now that was about the most honest post I have read on the GLER board and very informative as to what is going on there in Texas. I hope Sterling (Steve) reads it and replies soon. I have the utmost respect for sterling and so many other investors here. That is why I am here and have been here for quite awhile as anyone who checks my history can see. I and my friends and family are holding for the big $$$. I have never sold or flipped a share since all of this began to unfold and after our run to .0025. There is way bigger money ahead than a measly .0025 IMO.

B/F/G:

Did any of your conversations with your associates address the CEO of Hawk's criminal history. Did they mention the 200K+ lien the feds put on his house in relation to how he got $25 million in financing? Did they mention that Hawk was only incorporated in July of 2013 in relation to how he obtained financing.

Perhaps they mentioned why the Hawk/TEC "contract" is illusory and unenforceable because it does not bind either party to do anything? Did they tell you how much debt load TEC is carrying which is important because Hawk could end up assuming it? Did the mention why TEC was sold so cheaply if the reports of its assets and profits are true. I will bet they told you what percentage of TEC's inventory is financed and what percentage is eguity?

Inquiring minds are very interested in your response!

Thank you for your update and taking your time to share with us your knowledge. I have always thought that there was a strategic purpose behind the Trump acquisition (http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=92507142) and there is rhyme and reason behind the upcoming acquisition that are part of an overall strategy that stervc has been trying to explain to us. My favourite parts about your post:

- What they do do while still making their standard margins too their existing and future customer base is give Trump Equipment the ability to eliminate the middle man from their service departments product needs.

- Now Trump can buy those product at a reduced rate while also selling too their existing MSA (Master Service Agreement) Company's. MSA's are not easy to come by and are worth their weight in gold alone!

- While Swing Machinery may receive smaller margin from a big new parent customer like HAWK it allows HAWK to bring down their over all overhead shop costs A LOT. Just in case most of you guys don't bust your knuckles for a living I can assure you they use ALL of this stuff every day.

- The next thing everybody needs to look for is if Trump Equipment is looking to open a new location in San Angelo, Tx. in the Cline Shale. Reports are there is 7x the reserves in the Cline than is in the Eagle Ford. San Angelo, is the biggest closest city to that play. And Estimates are next year is when things will really start to pick up in the Cline Shale from what I am hearing from guys in the Field. And that's big business for rentals and repairs. Rental customers are also required to pic up costs for damages to units while in customers care.

Go GLER!

Trump Equipment: http://trumpequipment.com/

The acquisition of Trump Equipment will add 48 full-time employees to Hawk Manufacturing, and also add more than $15 million in annual revenues and EBITA of more than $2 million to Hawk Manufacturing.

GLER further reports that HAWK added Mr. Michael J. Vincent to its Senior Management team. Mr. Vincent, the current President of Trump Equipment Company, will continue to run the daily operations of TEC and will help advise HAWK on future strategic acquisitions to this growing oilfield services business. Mr. Vincent has an MBA from Rice University in Houston and a Masters of Arts in Statistics from the University of Michigan.

HAWK reported to GLER that it is negotiating incentives at the state and local level that could total more than $17 million in tax incentives and other benefits

Great news & DD.
We are all pretty deep in GLER, not deep enough to not pay our bills if this fell through, I'm with you all the way, our chances of success & gain far outweigh the obvious risk.
I also bust knuckles in the oil/gas/fracking industry so good luck to us all.
Thanks man

B/F/G, with this awesome update...

This too is an awesome GLER update and is much appreciated by all I am sure. You are basically our "Resident Expert" if you don't mind me calling you such. You are far more qualified to speak on those issues than many of us here within the forum. You validated a lot. That was some very serious intel that you shared with us all. Thanks.

Looking forward to a lot more information from the field from you ahead! GLER

Never posted on these boards before and try to only check them at the beginning and end of the week. Mostly because you guys will drive a person insane with all the back and forth on here. After reading most all the comments on these boards I decided to put my two cents in for what its worth. GLER caught my attention because of their partnership with HAWK and their first stated acquisition (Trump Equipment). I live in San Antonio, Tx. and am in this industry and have been since I was 19. I work in the Eagle Ford area now. I called a friend/customer of mine that deals with Trump Equipment on a regular basis. He did confirm that Trump has been sold. My friend has his own Mechanics on duty but still use Trump on a regular basis for rentals and repairs when needed. Per our conversation I gather the management team as well as the serv. techs are staying in tact. With three locations New Baunsfuls, San Antonio, and Victoria. They have the Eagle Ford and surrounding area's covered. These are real jobs with real people fixing and renting real stuff and making real money. The Eagle ford is not very hospitable to the equipment used down here. To give you guys a idea of what I mean. I am working with another guy on an estimate to repair up to 85 under carriages and Aluminum hand rails on water trucks (Wish me luck). As far as Swing Machinery goes they also have a brick and mortar location over by the airport off of 281. No they don't make money hand over fist but, they are profitable. What they do do while still making their standard margins too their existing and future customer base is give Trump Equipment the ability to eliminate the middle man from their service departments product needs. Now Trump can buy those product at a reduced rate while also selling too their existing MSA (Master Service Agreement) Company's. MSA's are not easy to come by and are worth their weight in gold alone! While Swing Machinery may receive smaller margin from a big new parent customer like HAWK it allows HAWK to bring down their over all overhead shop costs A LOT. Just in case most of you guys don't bust your knuckles for a living I can assure you they use ALL of this stuff every day. The next thing everybody needs to look for is if Trump Equipment is looking to open a new location in San Angelo, Tx. in the Cline Shale. Another friend of mine while working for one of the big drillers is also in partnership with a service provider Co. and guy's they own NO equipment. They rent all their equipment and then re rent it. And he IS making money hand over fist....Now I don't know anything about the other acquisitions that HAWK has planned but these two make perfect since to me because over time it will help reduce overall costs. We all know opinions are like a** holes but, this is mine. This theory works great if it all plays out like (STERVC) suggests it may. If the deal falls threw with GLER and HAWK then we're all screwed anyway. If anybody can elaborate further on this I would greatly appreciate it and If anybody has something else they would like me to try and find out just ask. I will see what I can do to help us all. I"M ALL IN and prepared for the consequence's if it all goes to hell....
