I have no Idea, but I am sure they can sit back and relax if they are off shore? They might want of get off shore fast if there not LOL. I stopped trading these penny scams several years ago myself I just follow many scam and email alert stocks for pure entertainment purposes only these days.
For those of you stuck in this one be prepared to write off 100 % loss ASAP because some brokerages will charge you annual book keeping fees on worthless stocks that stop trading on the greys. I know because I learned the hard way when I got hit.
I let those stocks sit in my account as friendly reminders not to do that again until I got hit with charges. To make matters worse you will have to fill out a worthless security form and pay an additional fee to have them removed from your account. So I would recommend selling when trading resumes if you can to avoid these problems.
