I dont think you are getting it...the bankruptcy judge gave the order, the liens are against the planes(assets) FLST will get their money first. End of story.

comon why cant some here accept the fact that this is good news, FLST got a judgement on their 1st liens, and the Planes are HUGE, not something you can hide in your back yard!!

They just need to be sold, and get their $600k
