The CBO assumes that all the cost saving measures will be implemented. Kind of like Medicare reimbursements being reduced.......oh that's right the law is overturned each year so the reduced payments never occur......ask anyone in MA how cost control is working?
They also assume the revenue sources will provide the full amount. All this over a 10 year time frame. Yes lol, it's almost laughable, but one thing no one disputes, it added 2 trillion in increased spending.
