It is DILUTION, "not private placement." These so called "private placement" shares are allegedly breezing through yet the pps is 3 ticks away from no bid. Look at the STOA chart. It's an absolute disaster. The float is not reducing, it is growing rapidly. I believe that Wang is dumping right into the float. The current pps supports my theory and certainly does not support this "large private placement share blocks float reduction" theory. If STOA had under 500 mil in the float, it would not be anywhere near this LOW TRIPLE 0 price.
