David Kugelman went off on me in an email today (calling me an idiot and saying I should sell all FCGD stock and go to mutual funds as well as never email him again. Lol!) when I asked him about the current 'default' status of FCGD as listed on Nevada's Secretary of State website and that it is concerning that it may negatively impact shareholders as well as future investment:
