They tend to give out convertible debt, not direct stock, which is a more favorable method since the debt isn't always converted and EWSI gets a period to pay it off before the convertible note is convertible.

Welcome apr1. I assume a lot of new eyes here think of EWSI as a company that processes e-waste. While that is part of what they do...it is not even the half of it. They do have teaming/branding agreements around the world with at least 3 MAJOR industry leaders in the processing of e-waste and a number of others we will hear about at any time. They also recently acquired Surf in Irvine, CA that deals with e-waste and repairs.

-2TRG out of Ohio/New York(EWSI currently is in the later stages of 100% acquisition of 2TRG and we could hear literally any day that these deal is closed. This would add over $5 million in revenues annually)
www.2trg.com

-Reciclarg SA out of Argentina
http://reciclarg.com/reciclarg/en

-1800eWaste out of Australia
http://www.1800ewaste.com/

These agreements give EWSI revenues in the form of licensing fees and royalties. EWSI's #1 priority right now is BRANDING. Think about every other industry there is out there...you can put your finger 1 or 2 companies at the top of the chain. The e-waste industry is VERY fragmented with no leaders and it GLOBAL. This isn't just consumer spending, EWSI is involved with developing countries helping with the processing of waste. We are told in various PR's and interviews that companies are COMING TO EWSI every week wanting to be associated with them. (EWSI follows the highest standards for processing of e-waste in the world!) This is a $100 BILLION industry with no leaders, and with the kind of deals EWSI is inking, it is obvious they are becoming a leader. Just signed a MOU with Cerebra computers out of India to install India's Largest most advance processing plant. Cerebra computers is traded on higher exchanges, has no debt, and is worth Many Millions. This proves EWSI is the real deal.

Now..that was just the recycling portion of what EWSI does, and I probably missed a few things. But here is more of what EWSI is all about.

They provide services to existing recyclers.(I don't see anyone as competition to EWSI, only future relationships) Here is a link to the services they offer...too many to talk about.
http://www.ewastesystems.com/service/services-overview/

They also have technologies to offer to the e-waste industry. Such as their ePlant1000 which uses state of the art technology to retrieve recyclables out of e-waste. Something like 98% efficiency with NOTHING going to landfills. It is the plant that is going to be built in India. The very first one! As companies see this in person, ePlant1000 are going to be put up all over.

There are other technologies in the form of softwares. An e-waste tracking software.(Regulations are tightening and soon there will be need for tracking of e-waste from drop off, to termination) And a carbon credit software companies will use to track their carbon footprint.

So we covered revenue streams from recycling, technologies, agreements, what else?

EWSI is involved with still usable second hand electronics. They have 100% ownership in Surf that repairs second hand electronics. Now if only they owned a piece of a company they could use to sell these products. That is where GoEZ steps in. With the recent deal of GoEZ Deals, they could easily turn this company into a HUGE online retailer of second hand electronics. Currently GoEZ has deals around the nation. I see this as more of a shell company with the sole intention of it becoming a retailer of second hand electronics. EWSI has 7% ownership interests in any future revenues of GoEZ. GoEZ is looking to compete with companies such as Groupon. GoEZ is looking to have an IPO in the near future.

I know I covered a lot...but I guarantee you there is more! I could go on for hours. Main purpose of this was to show people EWSI is not just a recycling plant. Put the pieces together and see that EWSI is looking to be the GLOBAL leader in everything e-waste. Besides that, this is the FIRST year of EWSI current business plan and they are already seeing millions in revenues, and companies COMING TO them for their services. Market cap is still less than what EWSI will have in annual revenues after this year. We are all fortunate enough to put these pieces of the puzzle together before word really gets out and this thing explodes. Which could be just weeks away after ANOTHER record quarter results.

To answer the 2nd part of your question...As of a few days ago

Shares Issued/Outstanding 233,524,929 a/o Oct 15, 2013
Public Float 136,135,474 a/o Oct 15, 2013
Authorized Shares 500,000,000 a/o Jan 23, 2013

VERY LOW compared to other companies...especially being a company with millions of dollars in revenues. At .04 a share....it doesn't get any better than this.
