Charlie, just to clarify since I am a little dense at times; the "huge" sum of money you referred to was updating financials/SEC compliance stuff not the website, correct?

I thought that Adam had indicated to others that updating the financials was in process? I am confused.

I suspect that is why Board members are now pushing to update the website because they have come to the conclusion that completing the audit and issuing PRs is a long time away.
