I assume you're joking, so I'll respond with jocularity:

Have you, perchance, read my view of board moderation (as expressed on the Q&A board)? If so, you know that my capacity for moderation ends where excess begins. Stated another way, I'm not inclined to moderate moderately: "I might not always be right, but I'd always be the moderator" ... with the ability to delete unacceptable (in my opinion) messages.

Of course, to do that, I'd have to watch everything posted on the board. That's the only way I could be sure the "good" members were protected from the taint of improper posting. I'd have to have my meals served at the computer so I wouldn't miss anything. There'd always be the risk that I'd fall asleep (as so many of our doughty posters never do) and miss a "bad" one.

I'm sorry, BnB, that would require greater dedication than I'm capable of.
