Compliance may not be enough for new product
The issue isn't whether or not there is compliance to some basic labeling standard, but whether or not MJNA/Left Bank/Red Dice/Dixie knew the effect of high levels of THC on people who never used marijuana and didn't warn of those effects on the label.
The current labeling standard in CO may turn out to be inadequate, especially if the company new about adverse effects that weren't listed on the label for a product they call "medicine" on the website.
BTW, I pulled a bottle of Glenfiddich Single Malt Scotch whisky out of my liquor cabinet, as well as a bottle of Baileys Irish Cream, and both show the percentage alcohol by volume on the front label.
I know that from the pictures of the bottles of the Elixirs on Dixie's site, the front of the labels say nothing about them being "marijuana-infused" or something like, "Contains 20mg THC, the psycho-active chemical in marijuana".
That, to me, would seem to be a basic requirement for any labeling.
