Is there a warning label on Jack Daniels that says virgin users should not drink the whole bottle as they might die? This argument is silly now.

but does this look like a guy who would know the effects of large amounts of THC on virgin users without the benefit of a warning label?

Disclaimers and warnings on labels are not bulletproof against liability litigation, while they can help them sway a jury, if it makes it to trial, they surely do not negate the massive cost of defending liability litigation, especially if it was filed in Federal court.
