Ok and that has nothing to do with being specific to CRIMINAL cases, it just states that if there were a criminal case already in place in which the SAME individuals entered GUILTY pleas then the SEC would seek admission of GUILT in their CIVIL case also. It makes perfect sense, why would you allow an admitted guilt plea in a criminal case and not seek the same admission in a civil case at the same time?
Either way, the SEC has taken a different policy in CIVIL cases, which makes any statement to the othrwise WRONg.
