Understood, and we really need to inform outside people, relatives and friends, as to what a rare find ACLP is now --- it's because that as recent as a few days ago. the share structure had an outstanding amt. of 495,000,000,
which is really low in the world of penny stocks.
So imagine what getting between $100M - $300M of gov't. contract work would do to this stock price !!
