It's as we've been explaining all along...now that some of the Gov't. contracts have been awarded, now is when the companies that won the awards MUST negotiate with ACLP, either via a buyout or to farm out some contract work to them, because ACLP's 3D imaging tech is the ONLY one that met the Gov't. specifications, per the link previously supplied.
Now we know it's been delayed for 2 weeks because of the silliness in Washington DC, but the great news will come IMO, you just cannot put a day-by-day deadline on something like this because we just don't know everything !!
...and the MMs are counting on some of the traders to act like sheep --- that get scared and sell when they see an arranged price drop after a good-sized run-up.
We saw that there was hardly any selling going on when the traders in it for the REAL money held their shares strong.
We just need to focus, and it will be a wonderful holiday season for us all !!
