Well, they delayed filing their 10-K to get the DTA issue resolved with their regulator. I think you're right that they finally announced the DTA in their 1Q2013 10Q.

Freddie has said that they are looking at the DTA issue each quarter. They should be able to release the valuation allowance soon, but who knows.
