Even if they don't sell right away, the cheap PPs increase the share count and thereby decrease the value of each existing shareholding, ours more than their since they get their PP shares at such a low price.
Heads we lose, tails they win.
If there was any sign of productive action by management I would not be so harsh in my judgment, but they have completely blown all credibility by STILL failing to close a financing they said was almost completed over a year ago.
If there is anyone left who thinks it will ever complete, I would be surprised, which again raises the question of why management is apparently doing absolutely nothing to find alternative sources of capital while collecting their fat salaries and accumulating cheap options.
