There is one answer to that question. Because the answer to the question would have a negative impact on the stock. Think about it. If the news was our report came back with amazing results and a much higher grade that would have been PRd 2 seconds after they found out.
So now the question is what is it that is wrong with the report?
Why does there have to be something wrong? Because 2 major players have walked away. They didn't bother coming back at Scott with a counter offer, they just walked.
Using the car scenario if you are going to buy a car and your mechanic said it is a lemon you are not going to talk the guy down you are going to walk away and find something worth the price.
IMO the metallurgy report cam back with an issue. The issue is not something they want publicized. It is also the reason the rocks are still in the ground after 60 years
